7/28/2004 I was very skeptical when I was first advised about the on-line service however, after using it I found it to be very very helpful. The entry process is very efficient and streamlined which is important to me from a time management perspective. The quick response from the underwriters was quite amazing and allowed me to have the information in front of my clients without hesitation. The proposal that was provided was professional and the availability of reviewing all of the policy forms without having to go back and forth with underwriters was delightful. I will not hesitate to share the web site with my colleagues. Thank you for this long needed service in the pollution arena. 9/13/2004 I think the website is possibly the easiest and most effective system I've used to date. Getting the preliminary indication was a snap. I'm sure the rest will be easy for getting an underwritten quote. Even the standard markets that we quote our BOPs with don't have this easy of a system. Madison, WI

6/10/2004 Your online system is one of the best that I've ever used. I love the fact that you can answer a few questions and you can get "indications" without having to put too much in right away. As you know, it can get tiresome to do all the leg work up front to find out that the premium is too high - already received prior submissions - doesn't fit the program, etc. I also like the email messages that you get back from each carrier - it took no time at all to hear back from the markets on approvals, denials, etc..
